Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activity conducted through their accounts. Luxe & Loved may suspend or terminate access where these terms or platform standards are breached.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, branding and design created by Luxe & Loved are owned by or licensed to Luxe & Loved and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains subject to the content licence described below.

Disclaimers, Changes and Governing Law

The website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe & Loved excludes warranties and liability arising from website use. Public vendor information is displayed within listings. Requests to access, correct or delete personal information may be sent to support@luxeandloved.com.au. Information is retained while required for active accounts, operations or legal obligations.

Luxe & Loved provides advertising space and discovery tools. It is not a retailer, booking agent or wedding service provider. While listings may be reviewed for compliance, vendors are not independently verified, accredited or guaranteed.

Direct Vendor Relationships

All enquiries, quotes, contracts, services, bookings, deposits and payments occur directly between vendors and clients. Luxe & Loved is not a party to those arrangements and does not mediate private disputes.

Listing Information and Outcomes

Vendors provide their listing information and remain responsible for its accuracy. Luxe & Loved does not guarantee enquiries, leads, bookings, service quality or commercial results. Users should perform their own due diligence, obtain written contracts and use suitable payment protections.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Luxe & Loved is not liable for loss arising from listing information, vendor conduct, direct transactions, website interruptions or reliance on platform content. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

Users submitting photographs, descriptions, business information or other material confirm they own the content or have obtained all necessary licences and permissions, including permission from photographers and other rights holders.

By submitting content, users grant Luxe & Loved a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, publish, share, repost, crop, resize, edit, adapt and promote that content through the website, social media, newsletters, advertising and other promotional materials, subject to the applicable agreement.

Copyright concerns should be reported to support@luxeandloved.com.au with the claimant’s details, the protected work, the relevant URL and evidence of authority. Luxe & Loved may restrict or remove material while reviewing a complaint.
